If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once you have shipped the product back to us- please also email the tracking number to lorna@healthandendocanproducts.com so we can keep an eye out for it.  Once we receive your package we will then issue a refund or a replacement for the returned product less than 20% processing fee and email you a confirmation.  Please allow 7-10 days to post to your statement.
